Shipping Policy

MedicLife operates on a limited order window model. All items are produced after the order window closes.

Order Window

Orders are accepted during the active ordering period only. Once the window closes, production begins.

Production Timeline

All apparel is custom printed in bulk following the close of the order window. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before items ship.

Shipping Timeline

Once production is complete, orders will be packaged and shipped via standard U.S. shipping. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once their order has been fulfilled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout (or: Flat rate shipping applies to all U.S. orders).
